ASUS Zenfone 2 (z008) Bootloader Unlock Tool not working

When I try to unlock the bootloader of my ASUS Zenfone 2 (z008), I always get "An unkown error occurs, which may be a network connection error." Please help.

Rooted or not: Not
Frequency of Occurrence: Every time
APP Name & APP Version : "Unlock Device Tool" 9.0.0.2

even the buggy x86 <-> arm "binary translation" on this Zenfone 2 which makes a lot of apps (including a few important ones from my banks) stop working, i never complained. cause i know this is what i signed up for.
but this is something else and they don't even care to drop me a line of "under investigation" reply.
i am done with asus,
and so should you.

The issue of unlock tool for model like ZE620KL, ZS620KL, ZB602KL or the models which still under maintenance were all fixed by last week. I already forwarded your information last week, yet I haven't received any update information for ZE550ML. We will keep you updated and your consideration will be very much appreciated.

5 years, so? what are you insinuating? i am not a loyal customer? or iPhone 6S which was released 6 months after Zenfone 2 is more superior? 6S is still receiving latest iOS 13.6.1 update and will continue for at lease another year or so (iOS 14), your zenfone 2?

can your zenfone 2 run android 7? android 8? android 9? android 10?

"I already forwarded your information last week, yet I haven't received any update information for ZE550ML" is this my problem? or you want me to fix your internal communication problems? why should i? you are paid to do a job, so do it!

Na minha última atualização, do zenfone 2 laser, desinstalou o play store. Preciso de ajuda, muitos outros aplicativos não estão funcionando
