My issue still hasn't been resolved. Moreover, after I voiced my complaint on the official Asus Turkey Instagram account, they not only deleted my comments but also restricted me from posting any further. This is truly shameful. What could be worse than a major brand like Asus employing such irresponsible and unprofessional people? It's a complete disappointment.

My issue has not been resolved for 3 months either. For the first time, I sent my device to the service just for cleaning, and they damaged it. Then, Asus Turkey refused to take responsibility. Even Asus Global keeps telling me to send it to the service again — but the service itself is the one who caused the damage!
I will never buy another Asus product again. I've already started sharing my experience on all Turkish forums and social media. I'm telling everyone, everywhere. I don’t recommend Asus to anyone around me anymore.
