My issue still hasn't been resolved. Moreover, after I voiced my complaint on the official Asus Turkey Instagram account, they not only deleted my comments but also restricted me from posting any further. This is truly shameful. What could be worse than a major brand like Asus employing such irresponsible and unprofessional people? It's a complete disappointment.

I completely agree with @abdullah_kara. Unfortunately, Asus Turkey is seriously lacking in post-sales support and does not care about its customers. When I shared my issue on Instagram, my comments were deleted and I was restricted from commenting again. This is very disappointing and unprofessional behavior.
@Falcon_ASUS thank you for your response, but unfortunately, the local service team in Turkey is unresponsive and not solution-oriented. Instead of genuinely solving problems, they simply reply for the sake of procedure. We are expecting a real investigation and resolution process — just saying “take it to the service center” is not enough.

Not only Turkish Asus service has problem. Asus globally problematic. I have ZenFone 9. My phone after Android 14 update not good work. Not reach signal and mobile data not stability. Many time ı wrote in zentalk platform. They not interested. They didnt solve many users problem. Zf9 has die. Without comminication. I mean Asus is not trust company. Olso my zenbook yo many chronic problem. Enough to buy ASUs product.
