ASUS TUF A15 fa5061h-al047t trackpad issue

having trouble with the trackpad while using the laptop
it sometimes hangs up and doesnt respond, lokked for driver updates but coudnt seem to find one.
anyone else facing the same issue ?

May I know when did this issue start to happen? after any update or modification?
What is your current BIOS version?
does mouse have the same issue?

the issue existed from when i bought the laptop
didnt do any update .
BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. FA506IH.309, 02-07-2020
the issue doesn't arise when using a mouse .

Go to Device manager, under Human Interface Devices find "Asus precision touchpad" and right-click it. click update driver and choose "Browse my computer for drivers" and then "let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer" then highlight "HID-compliant touch pad" click "next" and then "close".
