Hello! I recently purchased a new laptop, the ROG G533RM model, and I encountered an issue. The touchpad sometimes works on its own, but not consistently. Has anyone else experienced this problem and can guide me?
Earlier it used to happen with the USB port, but now it is less frequent and it is not always, and the problem is that when I go for warranty, it does not happen.
@amn1694 Please confirm if the issues only occur when using AC adapter. If the problems occur only when using AC adapter, please check if your adapter is connected to an extension cord. If it is, please try plugging the adapter into a different socket to determine if the issue is caused by dirty power. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
