Hello! I recently purchased a new laptop, the ROG G533RM model, and I encountered an issue. The touchpad sometimes works on its own, but not consistently. Has anyone else experienced this problem and can guide me?
Earlier it used to happen with the USB port, but now it is less frequent and it is not always, and the problem is that when I go for warranty, it does not happen.
Hello , thanks for help me and replay me i send it video from time crashed touchpad laptop , i use windows update and bois update and some test with all version of windows 11 driver but this problem not solved .
