Hello guys (I’m French bad English), for 2 weeks my asus rog g15 has had a black screen which appeared while the PC was on while I was eating, it has not turned on since.
However on an external screen (HMDI and USB-c) there is a display. I have tried everything : -Turn off again -Windows Updates/Drivers/MyAsus/ArmouryCrate -Start safely -Start without drivers control -Start in debugging -Hard Reset (drain complete electricity from the PC) -Returned the PC to factory setting -Disconnect/reconnect screen plug to motherboard -Try the RAM sticks one by one -Change battery settings I may have forgotten some...
You should know that the screen no longer appears in the display settings, whereas before it did.
The PC was on on the desk, I went to eat for 20 minutes and when I came back the screen was off...
Obviously the warranty only passed a few weeks ago (weird).
Do you have any ideas ? A component that magically burned out PC on? Software or harware problem? I thank you in advance for saving his life....
