So question actully two

I got this today and it seems to has a sticky feeling  to it is it the rubber coating on it?

also seen in  the picture is slows the CPU is removal any idea where I can look for upgrade information? 

2 I heard maybe wrong this unit has two video cards?   if so how do you switch between them?   also it looks like a 15.6 not a 16" laptop
