I have a ASUS N61Jv 16" laptop it has a intel i5 450M can you tell me Is The processor upgradeable on this laptop?

So question actually two

I got this today and it seems to has a sticky feeling  to it is it the rubber coating on it?

also seen in  the picture is slows the CPU is removal any idea where I can look for upgrade information? 

Looking on ChatGPT  says I can put in a i7-620M  as it is not solider in place

This model was released around 2010 and has been on the market for quite some time. 
Since we cannot confirm the actual condition of your laptop, if the case has become sticky, we recommend using a cotton cloth dampened with water to clean it gently.

my dell studio when i took it off it looked bad I wonder why they put it on it

can you tell me if it has a replaceable  graphics card  for a  Asus N71J N71JQ-X1    laptop and how do I find the part number if I don't have that item in front of me
