My asus rog G17 screen is entirely on through the night even though I shutdown it and my battery becomes zero in the next day and my battery usage shows that my screen is on like the whole night. What should I do?
@Harshavardhanan Have you tried restarting the laptop? If the issue persists after restarting, we recommend going to Device Manager to uninstall the graphics card and then reinstall the driver to see if the problem improves. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
