Armoury Crate Not Opening

When I bought the product ASUS TUF F15 fx507zv-lp094w, the armoury crate was opening at the shop but when I came home and used this laptop for some hours and then tried to open armoury crate but it was not opening. I double clicked to open it but nothing was happening. Also I did system update and then restart the laptop but still the issue was same. It's been 15 days since I purchased this laptop. So please suggest any way to solve this issue. It'll be a great help for me🙏
