All hotkeys and fn activated keys not working

The microfone, fan speed and armoury crate hotkeys are no longer working as well as the fn activated keys for keyboard brightness and aura control. Every day if I want to use them I have to go to the ASUS folder, open ATK hotkey and Open HControl to make work just some of them. After I open up HControl just the fn keyboard brightness keys and aura control work again but the microfone hotkey and the fan speed don't activate.
