Bios Version: 311
Frequency of occurrence: Always
Reset OS: Reset and Reinstall
Screenshot or video: Yes
========================
Detailed description:
Recently when I tried to use my laptop keyboard then I noticed some of the keys does not work with left and right shift. All this while I am using an external keyboard with no issues. Individually all the keys are working fine except some keys does not register when combine with left or right shift. I have escalated to APAC support but haven't receive any workaround on this except to hand in my laptop for further checking. I could not send it for warranty check as this is my main device for work purpose. Some of the things that I have tried:
Disabling sticky/filter key.
Reinstall keyboard driver
Reset windows
Reinstall windows
Clean keyboard contact ribbon
Test in safe mode / bios
Reinstall bios / downgrade / upgrade
Anyone have workaround this issue please assist.
Thank you in advanced
*Update FN + F11 (sleep) also does not work.

Hi @Falcon_ASUS@Falco@Falco@Falcon_ASUS

My external keyboard works fine.

As for my built in keyboard, FN key are working fine, all individual keys are working perfectly.

What I meant was my laptop built in keyboard having the said issue with or without connecting any external keyboard. Shift key does not work with some keys, unable to capitalize some letters, and unable to register some symbol.

The image i attached above (in black shade) are the keys that does not stack with left and right shift key.

Sorry as I am unable to provide the system version now. Will do once I'm back at home.

Thank you.

If this is the case, we may need to check the keyboard to see if the shift key is abnormal.
