Dear Sir,

a laptop fa506qm was purchased from reliance digital  gaurcity2   noida ex -201308,  dated 11 aug 2022

having s/n n2nrcx147919083 using registered mob no 9650640808.

while entering the for registration at the asus logged in portal, a denial msg appears mentioning product is registered already.

please rectify and enable my product to be resistered.
