ZenWifi BT8 will not connect to my ISP - need VLAN setting

Hi have just purchased the ZenWIFI BT8 and it will not connect to my ISP (IINET - Australia)

There help desk has advised that i have to set VLAN to" ON"

But in the Web Portal (ASUSRouter.com) there is not option to do this.

Any suggestion or have i just purchased a Boat Anchor ?

Did they give you a VLAN ID, (VID)?  No info is given that this setting is necessary on FTTH service on their website:

ASUS (moved/hid) VLAN in the LAN section under Advanced Settings -> LAN -> IPTV (tab)

Under LAN Port - Select ISP Profile if iiNet is not an option choose Manual Setting.

Internet VID should be the first line with PRIO but these numbers are needed from them if the iiNet profile is not there and Manual Setting is needed.
