HI all, I just bought a brand new Zenwifi AX6600 Wifi router and I have just problems with this.
Positive:
- it turns on, and give internet through the LAN ports
Negative:
- WIFI is not working, or actually cannot connect to the Wifi networks of the router as cannot know the password what is asking for
I tried to connect to the router with cable / laptop through the router.asus.com, but cannot login as cannot know the user and password. Admin/admin is not working. I already registered myself to the asus login, but that is not accepted by the page.
What's more I tried the asus router APP (android) to setup my router, also not working, the problem there that the app cannot find the router, and even I am trying to connect to the router via QR code, for example the SSID (ASUS_00) cannot exist on Wifi page. I also tried an android tablet with the APP but the same happens.
So I cannot reach the setup page, and cannot join to the router's Wifi. That's the issue. Any idea, before I am sending back the product
