Wifi 6E not available on ZenWiFi Pro ET12

Good afternoon all.

I just installed my new ZenWiFi Pro ET12, and no matter what I do, I can't get any of my 6E devices to connect 6E, everything is defaulting to just 6.

Even the Cell Phones that are sitting next to me, no more than 10' from the main unit (Not the Mesh Extension Node), and my iPad, etc.

Anyone have any suggestions or assistance they can give me from experience?

I am using a wired connection for the WiFi 6e devices.

These devices detected and connected to WiFi 6e protocol on my old mesh router, which was essentially set up the same way as this one.

Only difference is the other one was a slower speed.

All available updates have been made to the router.

I did yesterday though, notice there are a couple devices connected via 6Ghz, but just nothing seems to connect via 6e.
