Website blocked on RT-AX86U Pro

I can't figure out why ASUS is blocking a particular website. The website is not blocked if I use cellular to bypass ASUS.

Errors displayed on the page: ERR_ADDRESS_INVALID, or ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Tried disabling: AIProtection, QoS, Firewall

Tried changing DNS between default (ISP), AdGuard, Google

Parental controls and Network Services Filter (and URL, Keyword) are off

Any suggestions?

The website is actually the one blocking you.  I had this happen just two nights ago my wife and son were in a different city I asked them to try to open the site and they were able to.  (I first opened the site just fine but after a while I accidentally swiped back somehow on my phone.  Site was no longer accessible.  I went to a desktop computer and same/similar response).

Thanks jzchen, it was really perplexing. Websites initially worked on different computers then quit. The websites started working again the next day. Must be an ip based issue.

Mine was specifically the Costcotravel.com website.  (Whatever it was was probably server sensitivity to hacking, or the like).  The next day my wife noted she got locked out at some point.  😂
