RT-AX89X Router not getting 8gb download speed

My RT-AX89X Router I purchased is not getting the 8GB download speed when connected everything to the 10GB ports but I am able to get 8GB upload speed please can I get some assistance.

May try uninstalling and reinstalling the Ethernet driver.
