If you temporarily try Google do these drops disappear?

I am able to connect to Google. The question is why the drops are occurring on the Asus router?

Hi @Asusme1 ,

Thank you for your inquiry.

Based on the issue you are experiencing, we recommend that you first perform a hard reset on your router and confirm whether the problem still occurs.

You can refer to the following frequently asked questions (FAQ) for setup instructions:

I will try a hard reset but before I do that since it inviolves putting the router to factory default.

Can you tell me why the rrouter sees the packet as being dropped or the possiblilty of what could cause this issue?
