Problems with Router App's External Connections

I am using a TUF AX3000 router and this problem occurs with router app on Iphone. When I connect to the router via WLAN (internal connection), everything works normally, including the speed. However, the problem occurs when I connect externally (either through another Wi-Fi network not provided by my router or via 4G). The response speed becomes significantly slower. How can I solve this issue?

2. Remote management settings: Please ensure that the remote management function of your ASUS TUF AX3000 router is correctly configured. You can find the relevant settings in the router's management interface and ensure it is enabled and configured correctly.

Do you have symmetric service such as fiber where upload and download speeds are the same?
