Hi
I’ve had terrible problems (all WiFi devices) since above update. Am using TUF AX6000 router.
Am going to roll back to previous fw. However, if I then reset to factory, will that load the new fw again?
Thanks

Saturday
Same issues here, as other users have reported with several different router models, but always linked to FW v3.0.0.4.388 _33903.
I have spent many hours troubleshooting everything for more than a month, only to find out it affected all devices connected by WiFi (no issues over Ethernet) and that a new FW update was installed in mid-March.
I ended up looking on the Internet to check whether it could be due to that FW update, and it is (a quick search with the firmware version gives several different pages with users with similar experiences)...
A rollback to v3.0.0.4.388_33427 solves ALL issues: pages taking forever to load, videos interrupting randomly, etc.
This latest release has clearly not been tested in real-life conditions. I am angry and disappointed at Asus for the loss of time, with no solution in over a month now.
I have shared feedback and logs from my router. I advise everyone to disable automatic FW updates as long as there is not a new version released to fix this mess...
An example of other affected users:

Please fix this soon!

Many thanks. Yep, eventually rolled back fw after spending hours uploading logs and “feedback” from router. Asus seem to be in complete denial, using scripted responses. At no point did they suggest “Houston we have a problem”…
The only annoying thing now is the permanent reminder that there is an update available.
Many thanks
