Issue with VPN Fusion (WireGuard), blocking access to local subnets

Hi, I am using an Asus RT-BE58U router with VPN Fusion enabled and a WireGuard client set as the default for all internet-bound traffic. The VPN connection works correctly for external traffic, but any devices assigned to use the VPN cannot access local subnets, in my case 192.168.2.0/24.

I have manually configured a static route to 192.168.2.0/24 via 192.168.1.3 on the router, and it works as expected only when the VPN is disabled. As soon as the VPN client is active, that route is no longer respected, and devices using the VPN connection cannot reach the local subnets.

I have also configured Allowed IPs in the WireGuard client to exclude local subnets (e.g., 0.0.0.0/1, 128.0.0.0/1), but the router ignores these settings and still routes all traffic (including local traffic) through the VPN tunnel.

The problem seems to be that VPN Fusion (with WireGuard) bypasses the normal routing table and sends all traffic through the VPN tunnel, even traffic destined for internal networks.

I would like to request support for excluding local subnets from VPN Fusion traffic or for proper handling of existing static routes when using WireGuard.

Thanks
