Will submit additional info via feedback.

FYI.....The app FW mentioned that the upgrade on one node failed. However, the app and the Web GUI listed the correct version number. But, the Ring cams could not connect to the node. I manually reinstalled the BE14000 FW on the node. Still no Ring connect. I downgraded to the previous FW version. Ring worked. I upgraded again to 56839. Ring worked after that. Just some work to wise! 🙂

Hi @tfhoughton ,

Thank you for your inquiry.

Have the issues you were experiencing been resolved?

We noticed that you posted another thread reporting frequent device disconnections (Nest thermostat, Android phone) and Wi-Fi 6E connectivity issues after upgrading your BE14000 router to version 3.0.0.6.102_56839.

To facilitate your tracking of the issue's progress and ensure information accuracy, we recommend that you consolidate all your replies regarding issues encountered after upgrading your BE14000 router to version 3.0.0.6.102_56839 within that original thread.

Thank you for your cooperation.

The issue has not been resolved.  The BD5 had a new FW release this week. I updated the BD5 to its new release (3.0.0.6.102.57071) and reinstalled the 56839 on all 3 BE14000 nodes. The result was the same: numerous NOTICE and a few ERROR messsages in the syslog. Called Asus support while running the 56839 FW. I was using WiFi caling. Due to packet drops I had to shutoff WiFi calling. I now have a ticket numner: N2503029147. I submitted more info via Feedback. I hope this gets resolved. I always try to keep current with the latest updates.

To have a more reliable network, I reinstalled 56183 FW on all of the BE14000s. Result: Stable net, no ERRORs in the syslog.

Here is a snip of the log from the 56839 install:
