AX3000 Driver error

Hi! I recently bought and installed the AX3000 card on my desktop (specs below). The Bluetooth isn't working though and I can't work out why, and neither can my Computer Science PHD-student friend. As is shown in the attached image it says there is a driver error, but neither of us can work out what that error is: everything is up to date (installed yesterday, Windows 11 is also up to date) and plugged in correctly. I've tried reinstalling and repairing the drivers, but to no avail. To be clear, the WiFi part of the card is working just fine, it's only the Bluetooth that is having issues. Yes, the "USB" cable it came with is plugged into the MB.
I'm only a PE teacher and not very tech savvy, so please keep the jargon to a minimum. Thanks!
