Windows 10 ASUS stuck at bios settings. No boot priority

So im stuck at bios settings and i think the problem is because it says i got no boot priority but before it used to work just fine can someone help please.

What changes were made before this situation occurred, such as BIOS updates or removing the system disk?
Would clearing CMOS or adjusting the boot device in the BIOS's BOOT menu potentially resolve the issue?
