So I have a Tuf Gamin Z790-Plus WIFi with an Intel i9 14900k. I have 2 sticks of Kingston KF560C32RSK2-96 installed in slots 1 and 3 for a total of 96gb.
I know on the memory section on the Z790's webpage it states 96GB is the most I could run with the 14th Gen Configuration.
Out of curiosity, what would happen if I added another 96GB in slots 2 and 4 of the identical memory. System is stable now...I'm just curious what would happen if I fully filled all the available memory slots.
Thanks for your response.

Hello @minminmusic
Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the delayed response due to a public holiday in our region and any inconvenience this may have caused.
You may refer to the "Check purchasing and installation guide" section on the TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI motherboard's memory QVL page:
Ensure that all memory modules are from the same validated memory kit. Do not mix DIMMs from different memory kits—even if they are the same brand and model (e.g., two DIMMs each from two different memory kits). Mixing and matching DIMMs can result in a failure to boot and compatibility issues. In particular, the stability of a system with mixed DIMMs cannot be guaranteed when XMP (Intel)/D.O.C.P (AMD)/EXPO (AMD)/AEMP/AEMPII is enabled. For example, enabling XMP (Intel)/D.O.C.P (AMD)/EXPO (AMD)/AEMP/AEMPII to speeds above DDR5 4800MHz or above DDR4 3200MHz could result in an unstable system.
Based on this, if you are considering expanding your memory, we recommend avoiding the installation of memory modules from different kits, and please refer to the specifications and models listed in the memory QVL when making your selection.
Thank you.

Understood...but at the time they printed that list they listed the max number of individual 48ghz memory sticks on the 14th gen topping out at 96 while the 12th and 13th could go higher (more sticks/more memory.)
I went with Kingston Fury Renegade 96GB (2 x 48GB) as that was recommended on the ASUS page.
What would happen if I added an additional set of identical memory to NOW top the system out at 192ghz.?
Is that possible on the 14th gen? Would the OS (Win 10 - Very Stable) now start getting unstable? If it's impossible then I'll back away...but if it's possible I'd rather get my system as maxed out as possible.
Thank you.
