PRIME B650M-A WIFI BIOS Flashback light keeps blinking and PC won't boot

I'm using PRIME B650M-A WIFI motherboard and had no problems at all for about 9 months.

But I'm currently having problem where BIOS flashback LED keeps blinking (not solid which indicates fail) and the PC won't boot at all (no light or fan). And I had never used BIOS Flashback before.

For more context: The other day I press the power button and the PC won't boot. I originally just tried turning off the power supply for about 30secs and it does work but this keeps happening almost every time I shutdown and tried to turn the PC on again.

I opened the case and saw that BIOS flashback LED keeps blinking. I checked that the flashback button wasn't stuck or anything and one time the PC even boot because I pressed on the button.

I tried updating BIOS via EZ flash tool in BIOS menu and it doesn't help.

I looked up similar issue on google and saw that some people fixed it by checking power cable connection so I did that. Still doesn't help

I tried to reset CMOS by connecting CLRTC pins for about 10sec and confirmed that the bios setting did indeed reset. This worked for few days then the problem occurs again.

Does any one have any suggestion what I could try? The warrantee is still valid but I prefer to try as much as I could first. As from my experience with customer support from around here it took a month and they didn't even fix the issue the previous time I tried on my old PC.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600x (w/ AIO liquid cooler)
RAM: Kingston Fury Beast DDR5 5200MHz 2*16GB
GPU: Radeon RX 7800 XT Sapphire pure
SSD: Kingston Fury Renegade NVMe 1TB PCIe 4.0 M2
PSU: Thermaltake Smart BX1 750W

Based on your description, may I ask does this issue always occur, or does it only happen in specific situations, such as not occurring during a cold boot but happening during a reboot?
Could you please confirm your current BIOS version, and if you updated to the latest version 3024 and cleared CMOS, does the issue persist?
We also recommend referring to the user manual and checking that all power cables are properly connected, and if possible, please try cross-testing with another PSU.

It happens only with coldboot(windows > shutdown) and not with reboot, also not hapenning if I use hibernate though I only tested with hibernate a few times. It also usually doesn't happen immediately after shutdown, as in: if I tried to boot the PC again immediately (within 1 min) after shutdown it usually works (though I did encounter the problem a few times).

The current BIOS version is 3024. I updated to this version a few days ago via BIOS menu (not BIOS flashback) after I have this issue, and also cleared CMOS afterward. This caused the issue to stop happening for 2 days but then it happens again so I tried to seek help here.

Both 24pins and 8pins power cables are connected are per the user manual and as mentioned the PC can boot and function normally if I turned off the PSU for a bit then immediately boot after turning back on. Unfortunately I don't have another PSU I can try.

To reiterate: The PC functioned normally for 9months without issue, during which I didn't install any new component or even moved the PC at all. Then one day about 2 weeks ago I tried to boot the PC and it won't start, the rest go as I described in original post.

So far turning off the powersupply for ~30s has consistenly worked and I could start the PC normally and no issue has ever happen during usage itself.

Today I have also tried to just use the BIOS flashback to install the BIOS ver 3024 again but the LED was still blinking after an hour so I gave up and cut the power for ~30s again, after which the PC did boot normally but after shutdown the issue is happening again. And to be clear: Except during the time when I tried to use BIOS Flashback function today the USB port assocaited with it was always empty.

Edit: Not sure if it matters but sometimes the flashback  LED wasn't blinking at first but it starts blinking as soon as I pressed the power botton (and the PC won't boot).

Have exactly the same problem. BIOS Flash Back LED blinks. When I unplug PSU it of course stops blinking when power goes off. But after connecting PSU it starts blinking again.
1) Should after connecting power back - Flash Back LED blink?
2) If not could be Flash Back button shortened? (So MB thinks it's pressed?)
