PC turns on and shuts off after a second, repeating the cycle endlessly.
Hello to you all!
Has anyone encountered such a problem or something similar?
A couple of days ago, I was playing a game than suddenly got a BSOD, after which my graphics card started making a loud noise. The computer rebooted, and that was it. Now it behaves like in the video—repeating this cycle constantly.
I don’t know what the problem could be. I removed the graphics card, and it’s the same. I replaced the power supply unit for new one and removed the RAM sticks, but nothing changed.
What do you think could be the most common cause of this? Can anyone help please?

Hello @Greynil
Based on the description of the boot loop preventing system access, please try removing or cross-testing other system drives to further diagnose any abnormalities with the system disk.
Please refer to the [Windows 11/10] Troubleshooting - Automatic Shutdown/Restart Issues for more guidance.
Additionally, if the system shuts down automatically just one second after booting, could you please let us know if any Q-led indicator lights up or if a Q-code appears when this issue occurs?
We recommend consulting the following FAQ to further attempt troubleshooting the problem:
[Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators
[Motherboard] Common Q-CODE(Error CODE) and Troubleshooting

Meanwhile, after removing all external devices, including the GPU, SSD, and HDD, and clearing CMOS, does the system boot up into the BIOS?
Thank you.
