In order to accurately confirm the PCIE slot you are enquiring about, may I ask if the "X4 PCIe" you mentioned refers to PCIe 4.0 x16?
Or do you want to confirm whether the PRIME B760M-A D4 supports SMBus?

After further consultation with the relevant department, we have confirmed that the PCIe 4.0 x16 slot on the PRIME B760M-A D4 does not support SMBus.
