When I start the computer with this motherboard, I get a message to press F1 to reset the BIOS settings. The problem is that I don’t know the BIOS password. I tried to reset the CMOS using all the methods I found, but it doesn’t work. I even replaced the CMOS battery. Additionally, during the start, I am not able to select the DEL and F2 keys. After displaying the message I mentioned earlier, I can easily select F1.

Hello @Anonymous
Thank you for your confirmation.
After further consultation with the relevant team, in general, restoring the BIOS settings to default by clearing CMOS using the CLRTC Pin can resolve the issue of a forgotten BIOS password.
We recommend referring to the instructions in How to clear CMOS? and trying this method again.
If the issue persists, we suggest considering sending the device in for repair, where the service center can assist in resolving the problem.
Thank you.

On another computer with the same motherboard that did not have a BIOS password, after removing the CMOS battery the same thing happens, it asks for a password and CMOS reset method not works.
