based on your issue, may I ask have you bought ASUS Premium Care already?
If so, have you received a physical card?
On the card it will show Contract code and Password.
If you bought it from MyAsus, you do not need to activate ASUS Premium Care, the new warranty end date will be refreshed automatically within 3 to 5 days.
