Product Registration Token Error

When I try to register my new GTX 1650 Graphics Card, I enter the serial # on the card, which also matches the one on the packaging, enter the purchase date and I get a message "Token Error"

Please help to resolve this.

Thank you for your prompt response to my post.  I cleared the browser cache for Asus and when I logged in, my Graphics Card was shown as registered.
