GPU server issue slow response/no response

Asus response is slow or no response for week, no sense of urgency to assist or provide support for the gpu servers, please escalate to Asus HQ for assistances, see attached,

Could you please describe the situation in which the problem occurs? When did the issue start occurring? What is the model name of the product you are using?
What is the current version of the installed driver?
Additionally, could you please let us know if you have previously sought assistance through other channels?
