i have a Zenfone 5z .When i am using insta or reading news it suddenly restarts and battery goes from 5 to 20% in under a minute
Restarting again and again
Try to clear cache n storage of instagram from
settings>apps¬ifications>instagram>storage>clear cache&storage
If still issue remains then uninstall n install instagram again n check
Also check with safe mode if device behaves same in safe mode
To entre safe mode just hold power button for few seconds and tap on switch off option for few seconds n hold you will get note to entre safe mode just click ok n use instagram for few minutes to check if 5z behaves same
To exit safe mode just restart your device
If still issue remains than please
Factory data reset ur 5z
Settings>system>reset options>erase all data
If factory data reset doesnt fix your issue please take your device to nearest service centre as early as possible
Note:- please dont forget to backup your important data and take pictures of your device from every angle before submitting your device to service centre
