When I choose 'Restart' in windows, system shuts down as it normally should, and it does try to come back up - but stops with Error 55 on the MB. Have to do 'cold' start: Turn off; wait a bit and; then it starts in safe POST, and I go through the BIOS F2, F7 F10 to restart. Once running, the system is stable both in 'defensive' settings, but also with 6100MHz 6200MHz OC. See the system specifications below.
System is entirely ASUS ROG components and is still under warranty. Any suggestions would be welcome...
OS: Windows 11 Pro x64 (various updates - most recent release).
MB: ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO.
CPU: i9-13900KS.
Power supply: ROG-THOR-1600T-GAMING.
GPU: ROG-STRIX-RTX4090-O24G-GAMING.
RAM: Have tried with two new out-of-box sets of G.SKILL, one 64 GB and one 96 GB - matched and certified to work with the MB & CPU.
Cooling: ROG RYUJIN II 360 ARGB
