Hi,  all, I encountered a problem when upgrading Windows 11. The system prompts "This computer does not currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11". I checked the configuration several times, but I still don't know where it doesn't meet the requirements. I am a little confused. Is there any friend who knows how to help me see what to do in this situation? Thank you!

If you are a tech savvy,  modifying registry is an effective way to  install Windows 11 on unsupported PC that does not meet Windows 11 system requirements. For beginners who don't know command line or registry staff, then simply use the syscute winbootmate app to bypass Windows 11 system requirements, which has an intuitive UI for doing that. It only takes a few minutes to complete the task.

The following are a set of requirements in order to install Windows 11:

  • Intel 8th Gen or above CPU
  • 8GB RAM
  • TPM 2.0
  • Secure Boot
  • UEFI Boot

If any of the above requirement is missing, then you will see this PC does not meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11.

Thank you for your help, so, do you have any suggestion?

You can try the following methods to check the problem:

  1. Check TPM settings: Press Win + R, enter tpm.msc, and see if TPM is enabled. Windows 11 requires TPM 2.0, make sure it is turned on.
  2. Enable Secure Boot: Restart the computer to enter the BIOS settings, find the Secure Boot option and enable it. Windows 11 requires Secure Boot to be turned on.
  3. Check processor support: You can go to Microsoft's official website to check the processor compatibility list for Windows 11 to confirm whether your CPU is within the supported range.

None of these methods require additional tools, I hope they can help you find the reason!

If it still doesn't work after checking according to the above methods, it may be that the hardware does not meet the requirements, such as the processor does not support or does not have TPM 2.0. In this case, you may need to consider upgrading your hardware, such as changing to a supported CPU or adding a TPM module to meet the requirements of This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11.
