PN62-B dual monitor

hello does anyone know how to connect two monitors on PN62-B?

The HDMI seems to be working well, but the DisplayPort does not work.

based on your issue, for PN62B, it supports up to two displays at the same time via the USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-C and configurable ports, or the USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C and on-board HDMI ports. Please check the cable and the port is well coneect. Thank you.

hello thanks for reply, the back of my mini PC only has HDMI and Display port like this

I connected one screen from hdmi to hdmi monitor, it works fine. But when I connect the second screen from Display Port to HDMI (male to male converter) ,that one does not work

based on your issue, the HDMI and DP ports cannot output simultaneously. The table below shows the supported connection options for PN62-B. You can configure it according to the table. Thank you.
