I have deployed plenty of NUCs over the years but came across a power state issue after deploying the new NUC15Pro+ NUC15CRS-B
While I was seting up the system at the client's site, I noticed the computer went into sleep mode while I was still actively using it. It only occurred once, so I didn't give it much thought.
The next day when the client went to use the computer, she reported that the system would enter sleep while she was reading a document.
After spending hours trying to troubleshoot the issue, I finally decided to install the MyAsus app. In the device settings area in the app, there is a section labled "Privacy & Security". In here there are 2 toggles under "Presence Detection" - Adaptivelock and AdaptiveWake. These were both "On". After disabling these toggles, the system is no longer randomly entering sleep.
I believe the issue is this case is that the NUC is about 2 metres away from where the client sits, so I'm guessing the distance is far enough for the system to think the user has stepped away and therefore enters a sleep state.
I have never had this issue before with my previous NUC deployments, but on the other hand, most systems are placed on the desk next to the user .
Anyway, just wanted to post this in case others are having the same issue.

Thanks a lot! Had the problem myself and after reinstalling win11 two times I was about to give up and send it back. But this **bleep** option solved it!
