It can run some AAA games using FSR 2.0 at low settings on 1080p but If you want to run it at 1440p and higher graphic settings I recommend you buy a discrete GPU. Also, Dual-channel RAM 3200MHz can improve your fps even further if you still use a low-speed single-channel DDR4. Be mindful of your PSU before you upgrade your PC. Hope this help
