my sisters laptop has stopped working she tried to reset it and it comes up with the laptop logo and then a gray screen and then a black screen and repeats anyone know how to fix it

use friend computer , download windows 10 20h2 build no 19042.572 64bit iso file, then use rufus softwarw ith 16GB pendrive, create bootable uwb windows pendrive,
boot with that pendrive , reinstall windows in C partition
