My ASUS Notebook PC with the Model # P2530UA-XH31 lost its display on the screen over 1 week ago and is not coming back on after changing charging outlets, using an air duster and hard starting it. Since I did not receive a timely response to the solution and the fact that the problem continues, it is only fair that I be immediately shipped a replacement laptop free of charge as due to an injury requiring 2 ER visits to 2 different hospital and having no computer to work on at home which is negatively affecting the source of income for me as a professional courtesy and customer loyalty, my wish should be honored without questions from ASUS Canada.
