Problem with Asus TUF M4 working in Bluetooth mode.

I have a problem in Bluetooth mode.
In 2.4g mode it works normally, in bluetooth mode, for a while I had to move the switch dozens of times to make it work, while now in re-pairing it doesn't detect it at all. Pressing the clicks and dpi button for 3 seconds doesn't make anything happen, no flashing lights.

I use the mouse on two different PCs.

Any advice?

1. Firmware Update: Did this issue start after you updated the mouse firmware? Was the Bluetooth function working properly before the update?

3. Windows Update: Have you recently updated your Windows system? Sometimes, Windows updates can affect device drivers and cause Bluetooth connection issues.
