I would like to unregister a product from my account

I would like to remove a phone that is register to my account that i no longer own , and i cannot see any option to do so.

according to the issue you encountered with product registration, we kindly request that you provide the following information in a private message so that we can assist you in removing the registered product from your account:

1. Product serial number
2. Email associated with the registration account
3. Photo of the purchase invoice/receipt and a screenshot of the page showing the product serial number linked to your account after logging in
