I bought ROG flow x16 today and it says the serial is already registered. in the armory crate and asus website as well, could this mean this product is refurbished and I am second owner?
The admin here did some magic and the laptop got registered, but to my knowledge this shouldn't be happening in the first place with any new product and atleast this Asus can do for their customers but now I am never suggesting anyone Asus .
