Detailed description：he touch of my new laptop is not working. It suddenly stopped working and after that I tried everything as per ASUS guidelines but nothing seems to work.

Was there any update or modification before the issue occurred?
or what were you doing when the issue occurred?
Please kindly check if your BIOS and Windows are both up to date.
If you enter safe mode, does the touchscreen work?

Hi I have the same issue on my TP461UA.
I cannot locate the touchscreen driver in device manager and connot download it from assus website. The laptop was purchased in November 2018 and till now, touchscreen worked normally.

Sorry...I'm a bit confused.
Is the touchscreen of your laptop working or not?
In device manager, you can just find the listed monitor device, then right click, then choose update driver,
it will search on the internet for the new driver itself.
