ASUS Pen issue

I got an ASUS ROG flow X16. Any way to setup the pen's buttons to keyboard shortcuts (example: pen button1 = Shift, pen button2 = Alt, or combinations like: pen button1 = Alt + Ctrl, Ctrl + X, etc..)? 
I use the laptop for 3D modeling and sculpting (Zbrush, Blender, Substance Painter) and this would help a lot.
