If your device bootloader is not unlocked or if you are not rooted then you may try clearing the Cache and Data of the "FOTA Services" system app from the settings -> apps & notification.
In addition, if you atill don't see any FOTA notification further, then you have to download all the Firmware Versions after .072 and install them one by one manually. Since you are on .072, you have to download .073 version first, then install it. When its done, then download .075 and install that version again. After tha, download the lates version .092 and again install it manually.
