Security patches

Since October the ROG Phone 2 hasn't received any security patch update and asus is so careless about providing it! Now even samsung phones also run on the latest software but here comes asus with worst software as well as after sales service.

Ok thx for info i didn't know:( . then why aren't they updating security patches like one plus and other devices does. EVERY OTHER COMPANY DEVICES LIKE XIAOMI, ONE PLUS ,SAMSUNG..... etc provide monthly security patches why Asus dosent provide that??

It all goes down to corporate decisions. Diminished investment/funding to get the proper R&D, Customer Engagement teams, etc.
I mean, if one looks into Asus financials, it's clear that mobile is just a small percentage of the income... PC accounts for 71% of the revenue: https://www.asus.com/EVENT/Investor/Content/attachment_en/IR_2019_3Q_.pdf.
Still, the above should not be an excuse. Security is core and should not be compromised.
I would prefer, any day, the needed security patches vs UX customization, feature updates, etc.

In the other news, Realme C2 a Rs.6000/- ($85) phone is getting security updates once in every 2 months consistently.
