Lost in space, righteous mishandlings an camera blue's with no clue's
All i know is my camera has suffered greatly from android 10...theres a huuge difference in pics taken now compared to pics taken b4 an after 9... Handheld an tripod..... But im hearing( technically seeing) that im a liar an there is no difference an that Asus phones are like their motherboards... With the whole "silicon lottery" either its great or its horrible.... Apparently i got the horrible an no one seems to care... OH AN BTW ASUS SERVICE CENTER LOST MY PHONE!! WHO IS GONNA PAY FOR THAT? I doubt asus will... 600 bux of nothing but problems....shoulda gone with huawei.... The entire selling point of the zf 6 was the camera so this makes no sense at all... Im stuck having to take crappy pics now that no one wants to see? Sure let me give you this pic with no detail in the trees.. Bland colors an all around an just bad all together .... Gcam nor adobe can fix this.... An asus cant even fix my phone..... Jesus this is bad

I completely agree with this. I love Asus but this really makes me sad. I'm a young student who goes to school and bought this phone with my first paycheck. The camera was so amazing in A9 and it really makes me sad to see how bad it is now in Android 10. :((
The repair center lost your phone? Is this the same unit you were talking with me about via PM? I'll investigate where it is.
Your unit is currently undergoing a repair, it was logged this morning. Sometimes the automated system has delays when checking for updates.
Rest assured, your unit is not lost.
I should add that they are not repairing it, that was actually the diagnostic stage. It looks like they're waiting for your response to a repair quote.
@LP_ASUS its a not a repair quote its a your item that you sent doesnt have a warranty so either pay us half the cost of the phone or prove us wrong... according to asus i have a warranty for a whole year!!! so why lie or is this just a lets play stupid an not even go to asus website an check it ourselves kinda thing? 500+ complaints on where i was told to send it?..... im not happy about this at all 1st the seller says no warranty no fix an no take backs but asus says it has 1 then it gets ''lost'' an now svc says no waranty no fix an again... asus says it has 1.... an this is where i was told to send it by asus to get it fixed... a place not even listed on their site... of 3 places that dont do cellphones an 1 of those is in hondorus... this is bs x100 the easiest thing to look up an no one does? come on man
